How much does a move cost?
It depends on the volume, the access at both ends and the distance. Rather than publish a generic table that would either over- or under-price your move, we take a full inventory and the access details at both ends, then come back with one fixed, itemised figure.
Will the move finish in one day?
Most home moves do. We size the crew and the van at quote stage precisely so it does, and if yours genuinely needs two days we tell you at quote stage rather than at six o'clock that evening.
Are your crews vetted and insured?
Yes. Every mover is DBS-checked and reference-verified before they work in a client's home, and every move carries full public liability cover. Certificates are available on request.
Do you pack as well as move?
If you'd like. We can pack the whole house, just the kitchen and fragile items, or nothing at all. Materials are supplied either way and we collect the empty boxes once you've unpacked.
What if my completion date moves?
It happens constantly and we plan for it. Tell us as soon as you know and we'll rebook - and if the dates leave a gap, we can move your things into secure storage and deliver them when the new place is ready.
Do you dismantle and rebuild furniture?
Yes, included as standard - beds, wardrobes, tables and flat-pack alike. They come apart at the old address and go back together in the room you want them in.
