Choosing the right service.
I'm not sure which service I need.
Then describe the job rather than naming a service - what's moving, from where, to where, and when. The office team will tell you which of these it is, including when a cheaper option would do the same work.
Can I combine several of these?
Almost everyone does. A home removal with packing and a fortnight of storage is a single quote and a single crew, not three separate bookings.
Do you cover my area?
We cover London and Kent's borders, with twelve areas listed on the site and a great deal more besides. We also move to and from anywhere in the UK - if you're not sure, just ask.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a home move, and more if you're moving at the end of a month when everyone else is. Man and van and collections can often be same-week, sometimes same-day.
Is everything really carbon neutral?
The fleet is fully electric and the emissions we can't avoid are offset through verified projects. It's part of the price rather than an upgrade, and it's why the Willow Alexander group is certified across scopes 1, 2 and 3.
