How it works
One firm in, one firm out.
The usual storage problem is that three different companies handle your belongings and nobody owns the inventory. We do the move, the storage and the delivery, so there is one list and one point of responsibility throughout.
Packed and inventoried
Everything logged, numbered and photographed before it leaves the house. You get the inventory; we work to the same one on the way back.
Into secure storage
Loaded into sealed containers or a private unit, stored in a monitored, alarmed and insured facility. Nothing is repacked or handled again while it's with us.
Delivered when you're ready
Give us the date and we deliver, unwrap and rebuild the furniture in the rooms you want it in - the same as a normal move day.

A few days between completions, or several months while a renovation runs. Billed monthly with no long tie-in.

Need something back mid-storage? Tell us the inventory number and we'll retrieve it rather than making you dig through a container.
Who it's for

Storage is billed monthly and you can extend or end it with reasonable notice. Nobody is asked to guess a date they don't know yet.
Short gap
A few days to a couple of weeks between completion dates. Often loaded and delivered by the same crew within the same fortnight.

The usual arrangement - a renovation, a rental period or a chain that needs time. Billed month by month with no long tie-in.
Long term
Six months or more, for time abroad or a build that's running long. Reviewed periodically so you're never paying for space you no longer need.

How much does storage cost?
It depends on the volume and the duration. We quote the move in, the monthly storage and the delivery out together as one itemised figure, so you can see the whole cost rather than discovering handling charges later.
How quickly can you arrange storage?
Usually within a few days, and often faster. Broken chains are the most common reason people call us, so short-notice storage is something we plan capacity for rather than treat as an exception.
Can I get something back while it's in storage?
Yes. Because everything is inventoried and numbered, you can tell us what you need and we'll retrieve it - rather than you having to empty a container to reach the back of it.
How long can I store for?
As long as you need. Billed monthly with no long tie-in, so a two-week gap and a two-year posting are both straightforward. We review longer arrangements periodically so you're not paying for space you've stopped needing.
Is my furniture safe from damp?
The facility is dry, monitored and climate-stable, which matters for wooden furniture, upholstery, art and electronics. Items are wrapped before storage rather than stacked bare.
Do you deliver to a different address than you collected from?
Yes, and most people do - that's usually the point. Tell us the delivery address when you have it; it doesn't need to be decided at collection.
